Quality Drinking Water With CMERI Technology
Satyajit Chakraborty khabor 24 : Tuesday 2nd July a press conference at Kolkata press club prof. (Dr.) Harish Hirani Director, CSIR-CMERI, Durgapur, said “In India ground water is mayjor source of drinking and egriculture usege. At a number of locations, rural as well as urban India contaminarels such as Arsenic , Iran Fluoride in ground water exceed the permissible limits chasing severe Health hazards. On top of this there is a continuous depletion of ground water. This is really alerming and here lies the responsibility of a research organization like us.To solve such problems, CSIR-CMERI is a continuously researching on water conservation as well as water filtration management. Now there technologies are ready for commercialization and we a tretransfering those technologies for greater good of Indian society.Now we are our technogies other then firm as like National CSIR-CMERI as signed an agreement with M/s.Sarvo Technologies Limited of Hariyana and ISW Industries, Howrah, Dr. Biswajit Ruj and CSIR-CMERI Dr. Anjali Chaterjee.
